Oh My God – Weight Watchers Approving McDonalds Menu!

mcnuggetThere are a lot of problems with Weight Watchers self proclaimed “lifestyle”.

But they have really gone too far now. Chicken McNuggets are recommended?

In New Zealand, Weight Watchers is tossing a branded logo on to several items including the six piece Mcnugget, Filet of Fish sandwich and even the Sweet Chili Seared Chicken Wrap.  These things are loaded with fat!

Yuck is all I can say.

Eating one of these items plus a large diet soda and a garden salad is only 6.5 points on the madeup Weight Watchers nutty food rationing system.  This lets the dieter eat anything up to their daily point target limit.

So since you are allowed 18 to 40 points a day, they are saying you can eat as many as 36 Mcnuggets every single day.  But that isn’t all, you also get six salads and six diet sodas.  Does that sound healthy to anyone?

If you exercise on the Weight Watchers plan too, you can get even more points!  So hit the cardio at the gym for an hour or two and you can eat chicken McNuggets all day long. Now that is a crazy diet, wait til you brag about that at your diet motivation meeting!

You may lose weight with this diet but it sure doesn’t sound healthy to me.  Now that would be a miracle diet.

So head on over to Mcdonalds and grab TWO TWENTY piece Chicken McNuggets and SIX garden Salads and SIX diet sodas!  And as long as you exercise an hour or two, you are ON A DIET???  NO, That’s a ton of food!

Don’t do FAST FOOD Diets.  The doctor told me something at my last physical.  FAST FOOD is NOT Food.  It is junk.  Sure you can stop by once in a while for something low cal but don’t live on this stuff.
